This Privacy Policy explains how AC PROJECT LAB SRL ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the BlogWizard application ("the App") for Shopify. We are committed to handling data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information we collect

When you install and use the App, we process:

• Store information — your Shopify store domain and access tokens required to operate the App.
• Content you create — the blog posts, topics, keywords and settings you generate or configure within the App.
• Product data — product details you choose to include in an article, read from your store via the Shopify API.

We do not collect, store or process personal data about your customers. The App operates only on store-level data and the content you generate.

3. How we use information

• To generate AI-written blog content at your request.
• To save your drafts and settings so they are available when you return.
• To publish content to your Shopify blog when you choose to do so.
• To operate, maintain and secure the App.

4. Sub-processors

We share data with the following providers only as needed to deliver the service:

• OpenAI — the topics, keywords and product data you submit are sent to OpenAI to generate article text.
• Shopify — to read product data and publish content to your store.
• Our hosting provider — to host the application and its database.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your content and settings for as long as the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, Shopify notifies us and we delete all store data we hold (blog posts, settings and session records) within 48 hours, in line with Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@find-me.ro.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
