Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlogWizard application ("the App") provided by AC PROJECT LAB SRL ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BlogWizard is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO-oriented blog articles for your store. You can create drafts, edit them, and publish them to your Shopify blog. Features available depend on your selected subscription plan.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system, subject to Shopify's terms. Charges, billing cycles and plan limits are shown within the App before you subscribe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

• You will not use the App to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and Shopify's policies.

4. AI-generated content

Content produced by the App is generated by AI and provided "as is". While we design the App to use real product data and follow your instructions, AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or business result.

5. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate and publish through the App. We retain all rights to the App itself, including its software, design and branding.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AC PROJECT LAB SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On uninstall, your store data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Timișoara, jud. Timiș, Romania.
